Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how orders placed on SVN Bazaar are processed, shipped, and delivered.
This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on the SVN Bazaar platform, operated by SVN Ayurveda Private Limited. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation. An order marked “Pending” is confirmed once payment is received.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Processing may take longer during sale periods, public holidays, or due to factors beyond our control.
- You will receive order and dispatch updates via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or in-app notifications.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Estimated delivery is generally 3–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your delivery location (pincode), product availability, and the logistics partner serving your area.
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer or may not be serviceable.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated based on your order value, weight, and delivery location, and are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We may offer free or discounted shipping on eligible orders or during promotions.
4. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including pincode and a reachable contact number. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. Address changes may not be possible once an order is dispatched.
5. Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts
Our logistics partners will typically attempt delivery more than once. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, an unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and re-shipping charges may apply.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or with missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@svnbazaar.com with your order ID and supporting photographs so we can resolve the issue.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
