Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SVN Ayurveda Private Limited(“SVN Bazaar”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your use of the SVN Bazaar website and mobile applications (the “Platform”). Please read them carefully. By registering for or using the Platform, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and transaction PIN (TPIN), and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

3. Products, Pricing & Availability

• Product descriptions, images, and prices are provided for your convenience. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that all information is error-free, complete, or current.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as indicated at checkout. Prices and the availability of products may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, and correct pricing errors, including after an order has been placed. If we cancel an order for which you have paid, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm and accept your order.
• Orders may require confirmation of your transaction PIN (TPIN) before they are placed.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateway providers (such as Razorpay). By making a payment, you agree to the payment provider’s terms. An order marked “Pending” is confirmed only upon successful payment.
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including applicable taxes and delivery fees shown at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated timelines to the address you provide. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; we are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel, return, or seek a refund in accordance with our returns policy and applicable consumer protection law.
• Certain products may be non-returnable for reasons of hygiene, safety, or where they have been used or tampered with. Such products will be identified where applicable.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or your Platform wallet, as applicable, within a reasonable period.
• Where a return affects business volume (BV) or rewards already credited, the corresponding BV or rewards may be reversed.

7. Business Volume (BV), Rewards & Network Programme

The Platform may offer a rewards programme under which you earn business volume (BV), rank, and related benefits based on your purchases and, where applicable, the activity of your referred network. The following terms apply:

• Participation in the rewards programme is voluntary. There is no requirement to recruit others, and income or rewards are not guaranteed. Any rewards depend on genuine product sales and the rules of the programme.
• BV, ranks, and rewards are calculated according to the programme rules published by us, which we may update from time to time. We may correct errors and adjust or reverse BV and rewards arising from cancellations, returns, chargebacks, or fraudulent activity.
• You must not make false or misleading claims about products, income, or the programme to any person. You must comply with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021 and all applicable laws.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the rewards programme, in whole or in part, at our discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

8. Wallet & Payouts

• Your Platform wallet may hold balances arising from refunds, rewards, or payouts. Wallet balances are maintained subject to these Terms and applicable law.
• Payouts and withdrawals may be subject to identity verification (KYC), minimum thresholds, processing timelines, applicable taxes (including TDS where required), and deductions or fees as disclosed.
• We may withhold, freeze, adjust, or reverse wallet amounts in cases of suspected fraud, error, chargeback, regulatory requirement, or breach of these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity, create multiple accounts to abuse the rewards programme, or manipulate BV or payouts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform, attempt unauthorised access, or introduce malicious code.
• Infringe our or any third party’s intellectual property or other rights.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Platform except as expressly permitted.

10. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all content on it, including the SVN Bazaar name, logo, text, graphics, and software, are owned by or licensed to SVN Ayurveda Private Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform may rely on or link to third-party services (such as payment gateways, logistics partners, and postal lookup services). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of such services is governed by their respective terms.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVN Ayurveda Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, income, or rewards, arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SVN Ayurveda Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or applicable law, or to protect the Platform and its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Hapur, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date”. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
